Welcome to the Elkhart Central / Memorial class of 1973 combined reunion website!
*Please note that new reservations for the reunion dinner at the Crystal Ballroom can no longer be accepted. Walk-in reservations can not be accepted. (This is due to the requirement of providing a final guest count to the Crystal Ballroom.)
Events for our 50 year reunion are scheduled for Friday August 11 and Saturday August 12, 2023, with the reunion dinner on Saturday August 12.

We have the FINAL count for attendees at our 50th reunion on Saturday, August 12.
317 classmates and guests will be joining us at the Crystal Ballroom for a wonderful evening filled with laughter, reminiscing, re-connecting and honoring our classmates who left us way too soon. We can’t wait to see everyone!
The reunion dinner event will include:
– Social hour starting at 6:00 PM
– Buffett dinner starting at 7:00 PM
– A memorial for deceased classmates

We are still looking for volunteers to man the registration table for a 1-hour shift from 5:30 – 7:30 on Friday, August 11 at the High Dive Pavilion and Saturday, August 12 at the Lerner. Please email us if you would like to help!
A special thanks to those who provided donations which allowed us to keep the price for the reunion low!
Need a place to stay?
We have a block of rooms reserved for the Elkhart Memorial-Central class of ‘73 at the Hotel Elkhart. They have done a wonderful renovation and it’s only 1 block from the Lerner!
The rooms are $129 per night for August 11 & 12.

Special tours have been arranged for our class to visit the Ruthmere Mansion (302 E Beardsley Ave.) and the Havilah Beardsley House (302 E Beardsley Ave. and (102 W Beardsley Ave.)
Explore some of Elkhart’s history at these beautiful examples of historic homes built by the Beardsley family.
Tours with special pricing for EHS 73 alumni are available Friday, August 11 2023 at Ruthmere Mansion and Havilah House. Payment can be made at the time of the tour.
$7.00 for Ruthmere Mansion (302 E Beardsley Ave) – Tour at 10:00AM
$3.00 for Havilah Beardsley House (102 W Beardsley Ave) – Tour at 11:00 AM

There is no charge for this event.
Sweaty Q Catering will be onsite with a food truck from 6 to 8:30PM for food purchase.
$7 pulled pork sandwiches
$10 chopped brisket sandwiches
$5 smoked Mac & Cheese
$2 coleslaw
Beer, wine, pop, and water will be available at no charge. (Donations will gladly be accepted.) You are also welcome to bring your own refreshments.

Stroll through the Wellfield Botanic Gardens with classmates.
Informal meet up at the garden at 10AM.
Admission is $10 – pay at the gate. (Members of Wellfield Gardens have free admission.) Passes can also be purchased at The Elkhart Public Library.
Wellfield Botanic Gardens honors the American Horticultural Society’s Reciprocal Admission Program for out-of-staters who belong to other botanic gardens.
